What happens in the FREE 30 min Leadership Clarity Call ?
This is an obligation free call. We meet over phone, and I learn more about you, your career, your leadership situation, goals, challenges and needs and if I can help you, I will share with you more information about how. If I can't support you, I will redirect you to one of my many contacts in the industry. Either way, I will make sure it's 30 mins well spent for you!
Is this only for brand-new leaders?
No, this is for any nurse stepping into something new, whether that's your first leadership role, a new team, a new ward, or a new organisation entirely. If you're navigating a transition, this program meets you exactly where you are.
I am not in a leadership role yet, but aspire to be a leader is this for me?
Yes, many of our nurses are aspiring leaders, who are team leading on the floor, taking on extra responsibilities, but don't yet have the formal "Leader" title. This coaching is perfect to upskill you to confidently lead now and for your future roles.
Do you offer payment plans?

How long does it take each week?
